Extremely High Capacities

Is anyone else experiencing high capacities? I'm using alpha 25, but I wonder if it's not a bug in TTDAlter. The other day I used TTDalter and raised wagon capacities by 10 units of cargo, (perhaps I shouldn't have??) but that shouldn't put my units of cargo that high. What should be 40, shows 200 something!!! Anyways, the extreme amount of cargo is affecting my loading / unloading time, and is making my trains very heavy, and really slowing down acceleration.
