Wrestling with vehicle multiplier

Presently getting a message eg. on playing other members games and trying to help them.

"Game saved with vehicle multiplier of 12.
Removed 372 vehicles in 39 consists, and 35 special vehicles"

Have perused the Patch docs and tried increasing multiplier etc. No joy.
What does message above mean

It means you need to set "morevehicles" to 12 to load this savegame, or some of the vehicles won't fit and will be removed when loading it.

Haha, don't you understand the difference between consists and vehicles?

As far as I am aware, there are two types of vehicles in TTD: consists and special vehicles (explosions, smoke, etc.)

Vehicles include engines and passenger/goods cars, and a train consists of many of them. When you have two engines with each ten wagons behind them, you have 22 vehicles.
