The problem is that you have a part of the Andrex-type road set and the original/European road set. There are 2 options:
1) you should re-install Andrex's set
2) you should undo (with the undo-exe) the Andrex-set...
Re-installing TTD helped.
But if I only use "TrafficSet_v2.exe" the problem is back. I tested it by using only this exe, nothing else, and here it is again

you can ... but there are some problems you have to know ...
TrafficSet is changing TTD orginall sprites permanently ...
and other GRF files ('sets') changes not all sprites ... and that mix them all ...
the best would be to convert TrafficSet to be GRF file to (using GRDtoGRF tool by Oskar) or turning off that GRF file that changes bridges sprites
GRDTOGRF works like a diff file, so if the sprites are half updated you will get the same problem, as I said the produced grf files are full replacement of exe files...
GRF Artists shouldn't only change half of bridges, aka please make sets which changes both sides, even if there is no change at all (change one pixel color)
TTDPatch dev in retirement ... Search a grf, try Grf Crawler 0.9 - now with even faster details view and new features...

This would be best, many problems would be solved then.
