How can I access dropdown menu without holding left click?

Hello I'm newbie to Openttd, How can I access dropdown menu with single click (without holding left click)?
is there setting for that in game or in config file?
for example : I want to access "Cargo payment rates", so I just single left click (without holding left click) "display company graphs icon" and click "cargo payment rate".

At this time there is no setting to allow single-click, you must click and hold to use the menus.

As far as I remember, a feature for that is being added to version 14, which will probably (no promises!) be released this spring.
