I downloaded a mod train and I can’t use it

So to start things off, I downloaded a mod that adds a DB BR 442 Talent 2. I don’t remember which modpack it was from. But the problem is that it requires 15kv AC electric track to run, however I can’t find a mod that adds said track, only 15kv DC track, which doesn’t work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

IIRC, the vehicle is from the German Extra-zoom Train Set (GETS) 0.3

Standardized Multi-voltage International Track Set (SMITS, and not to be confused with Shanghai Maglev Inspired Track Set of the same initials) offers 15kV AC track.

Or the V4 set and more. Any standard set should support this locomotive. I think she would also take Xussr

Technically, yes, but it has the downside that it will immediately corrupt your game. How it will break and when you will notice it is always random so maybe it happens immediately or maybe it doesn't happen for a long time and only after you've sunk hours of your life into it do you find out that it's broken and cannot be repaired. So it's not advised that you do this, starting over is better.
