I think it’s author (Björn Wärmedal) is not in the forums so, for the sake of completeness, let me promote this industry newgrf.
It includes a simple chain with the Tea tree farm, which produces tea leaves; the Tea factory, where tea leaves are transformed into tea bags (Tea tea deluxe) and Teahouses where they are sold in cities.
Tea leaves have a very quick decaying payment rate which is compensated with a very high payment for tea bags. Production is also very low so it’s hard to make it profitable unless you complete the whole chain.
I find it a nice addition for people who play vanilla industries.

P.D: tea leaves have cargo id #13 and tea bags #14, in case you want to add them to a citybuilder script.

I've not played with it yet, but I saw it got uploaded a few months ago and was quite curious about it. The documentation was a little sparse at the time. Thank you for this link!

Too bad it can't be used with Firs, it looks weird in combination with vanilla graphics. Even in opengfx graphics.
