Yes, the original cinema is also partly non transparent.
Chris Sawyer or Simon Forster goofed here a bit.
Not really something to worry about though.

Yes I know. But why are they made out of two parts ?
None of the other buildings are.

This is my fault. For some reason, I don´t remember why at the moment, I have choosen this way to add the little truck. Maybe because I wanted to have a "higher" constuction sprite. This graphic error was reported by someone earlier, but noone else said something about it after it, so I never made a fixed version. This building was originally made by MP3pro, only for win. I made a conversion for dos (I think you are using dos?) in a very complicated way, so I would say this building is complete new. This truck and the crane wasn´t in the original version too. I will have a look on it in the next days and maybe make a fixed, transparent version of it.
I have made some changes on the building and fixed some minor errors. Now it is complete transparent. Again I want to say that the original idea was from MP3pro.
Anyway, fitting to the current time, it is still glowing like a X - mas tree. Both sprites (construction and the finished building) now have new tiles for transparency. I also made a win conversion, so that the win users among us can now have this "tree" in their cities too. When you don´t like it stay on Mp3pro original or Darkvaters (?) conversion with my added crane.
In the image you can see on the left which building is changed.
P.S. Yes, there is still an error in it, but who cares. Í think most of you will not even discover it
