Thanks for the update!
The "cite" extension seems to be missing though or does no longer work.
<ref></ref> and <references/> appear to be unknown tokens now, so all the footnotes fail.

You mean this page? Possibly it was broken at one point, I'm not sure - I do seem to remember that it was being hammered with bots at one point possibly. I think it's set up to upgrade automatically through Installatron, but I may be wrong, I can't remember. Is there a problem with it? It all looks to be working OK from here.
