Re: Name that Plane
Do we get a clue yet? If so, can I request to know what part of the plane we're looking at? Because those black shapes I assume to be winows, don't fit any sensible shaped aircraft I can think of. Alternately, is that French flag a bit of misdirection, and it's not French at all?
Of course, if it's French, sensible may have given way to "looks nice" somewhere along the line

Not a Dassault Falcon.
The black shapes are windows. Whether it's a "sensibly shaped" aircraft or not is a matter of taste, but it is certainly a successful production aircraft, and not a prototype or mock-up or anything like that.

Everyone stumped? Did I win?
Okay, here's a clue: it's an aircraft which has previously appeared in this thread.

Here's another picture which probably doesn't help much, unless you google image search it.

Re: Name that Plane
The thread lives.
It's neither of those.

Near enough, maybe?

Re: Name that Plane
Okay, well seeing as I wasn't expecting to be correct, a lucky guess more than anything, I didn't have a picture prepared. Still, I've managed to find a picture for you all

OK, this one is easy... Bristol Brabazon.
