About displaying industry names with NewGRF

Hello guys. I would like to display industry names above them on the map by making a new NewGRF, but I haven't found a way to do it (I am new to coding NewGFR). I have found that it is possible to do this via Game Script, as GS CityController v6 did this (link to thread), but is it possible to do it with a NewGRF? If it is, have anyone done it?

Yes, you can do that with a Game Script.

You cannot place signs with NewGRFs. You could only possibly include a text/symbol in the graphics, but that will of course not show up in the signs list or similar. Industries will only show in the industry list.
