The error it gives me starts out with DKUFC891 Any help would be Appreciated.

You are missing the DKUFC891.DAT file. Install Plastikman's Dekosoft packs to fix the error.

i have installed and reinstalled the packs 3 times each and it still is missing that

get the loco ssa (from here: http://www.amitrains.co.uk/downloads/vi ... /9/50.html ) then post the files it says you are missing. that should help.

DK in the file name stands for DeKosoft.
