The fulscreen problem in multi

It is a way to make it work, i made it. But, typically me, i dont remember how. But for the TT-patchers, it IS possible with simple mwans (I canged stuff in the tt settings, sat stuff to compatibility mode, and changed the tt patch cfg.)

He was able to play Windows-TTD in fullscreen mode, which currently isn't possible because it can't return to fullscreen mode after the connection dialog.
