Graphic Problem with version 1.2.3.

Hello.
I have problem. After few seconds (30 or something) my screen change color from normal to this abnormal. Only in fullscreen mode. In window mod working fine. I played OTTD before many times on same PC but other operating system and graphic card. Now W7 + ATI 7850 before XP+ ATI 2600.

You have a background changer running. It's a known problem, probably mentioned in the wiki somewhere.
