First new thread not getting approved

I made a little thread in the OpenTTD General Forum about a mod I'm thinking about making 2 weeks ago but it haven't gotten approved. I looked through the rules-topic but I couldn't find anything about that you might not be able to not new topics until you've made some normal posts or some time have passed.

I just checked the moderation queue and there are no posts awaiting approval. I'll jump into the moderator logs and see if anything comes up.

EDIT:
I went back until November 15th and I couldn't find any disapproved (or approved) post with your name.

Weird, I clearly remember it said pending approval. Oh well, I'll try to remember what I wrote and post again. Thanks for the help!
