I'd much rather read here what exactly you mean that having to look at a youtube video. I didn't view it yet and don't plan on doing so.

There are some vehicle NewGRFs that have custom sounds, did you try any of those? Also if you want new sounds, please try and record some, if the sound is nice I'm sure OpenSFX or some NewGRFs are willing to accept new sound files.

sorry for the delay

follow, what i mean its that

the Background sounds from this vehicle from this Video

now yet give it one Sound per vehicle,
i mean that vehicle coming, and get a horn sound that gives it currently in Opentdd yes.
but not what i mean.

what i mean
if that vehicle drive then play a move sound from this vehicle(see Chris Sawyers Locomotion)
in this Video you can see it plays a sound when it move.

I think he might mean making his own grf, to add sound to default/other vehicles? In which case the NML Tutorial would be more applicable.

If you think that NML is too complicated for you, I'd say there are no simpler solution, no
Apart using something already built up for your taste, of course
If you are not ready to work a bit for your ideas, it means they don't count much for you.
OpenTTD and Realism? Well... Here are a few thoughs on the matter.
