I'm sorry to bump my own post but I've found something interesting
Am I the first person to play Loco that have break 10000 mph?

I also reach the maximum of 15032 mph, 2 mph later going off from the map and the game crashes.

Hmm...maybe you could give a train ridiculous HP and 1,000,000 maximum speed and set it to manual on an infinite loop of track...I'll get back to you all on that.

I have a train set max at 400 mph, so if I tried to set another train above 400 mph, they will stuck at 400, no matter I set at 65535 mph (show in-game as -1 mph)

@ LocoRoller : I tried with Narrow Gauge it's stuck at 150 mph. I think its because of the widecurve speed limit written on the XML.
