Unable to make any vehicles in randomly generated games

Ok, I downloaded it. Here's my ttdpatch.cfg file as requested. Also, I think I got the game to recognize the fact that I have a newgrfw file, but it says that each entry cannot be found despite the fact that the are in the correct folder.
