How to make custom goals for company or global goals?

Hello I want make for my map custom goals for company to get money. Example: 1000000 m3 oil to rafinery big town.
I want code.

Please post code and steps.

Check out the Bee Rewards game script. If the goals it generates doesn't suit your needs, it's open source, so you can edit and make changes as you wish and publish them yourself.
