This my idea if I change the ramps and make them a 1x2 tile.

Make 2 sets one set so can make a 2 wide car park like in image, and another set with out the entrance so can be used in the middle of a larger and wider car park if wish. This make the ramp more realistic to those I seen in aerial images using google earth.

Hope to change the ramps in the split level one as well so it can be 2 tiles wide.

Be a few days if not more before I have them finished.

Done the new ramps. If no one has any objections I will remove the previous ramps from the set.

The ramp and vehicle entrance is all one tile 1x2 size. Designing them so can have 2 wide car parks and also make them wider if wish.

It was mentioned to me by a visiting friend why have 2 car parks height. Why not just have the 6 high. Change the 4 high ones so could be 4 levels of shops and top 2 levels be car parks.

So now got a lot of thinking to do before I do to much more to these.

Some ideas are:
* Remove previous ramps and possibly the entrances and replace them all with the new ramps and entrances.
* Make all car parks same height, especially the in the image. If want other heights change the design so look different.
* Add stairs and lifts to the actual car parks so they not separate tiles.
* The split level car park re-design the ramps so it to can be just 2 tiles wide.

Any other Suggestions appreciated.

Added 8 shop fronts from JohnFisher's collection to some car parks.

They can be used with the 6 level car park.

I see this months screenshot comp is SNOW .. but none of these car parks can be made snow aware, unless I make a object set of them.

So what I plan to do is make some more non-tracks for the split-level car park so they can be used just 2 tiles wide. Then that will be all for this set.

Besides this suppose to be a set for subway stations. So I think all future car parks I make should be objects. I just make sure that the non-tracks and the object ones can be used together.

Just made some 2x1 tiles for the split level multi-story car parks so you can have some just 2 tiles wide.

I hope these will be the last non-track car parks I be adding to this set.

I have been researching other car parks to get some ideas and hope to make some for the objects sets soon.

The idea I looking at is to place shopping centers under the new ones I do.

So here the latest game file .. future updates will be some more platform style ones and subway type.

Wonder how I got that wrong .. I must have forgot to adjust the time zones .. I not in Australia now but I in Philippines. The time zone is 3 hours different and the sun must shine differently between the 2 countries. :roll:

Haven't fixed the shading yet as I been out of action for several days now and will be probably rest of week.

New medication on causes insomnia (getting no or very little sleep) since Friday. Doctor don't believe me yet the the makers of the medication admitting it can cause this problem. So stuff the doctors, I do it my way for a while.

I going back to bed ..

You have my sympathies Garry, new drugs my doc put me on had my whole world spinning for a few days, of course he glossed over the side effects as well! Take care of yourself.

Thanks for your concern .. I should be ok by weekend. Slept a wee bit last night so might be on the mend.

For the non-track set. Will fix the shadow problem and also will add on more piece .. it me like a main entrance and can be used as entry to a railway station or to other shops.

Fixed the shading to the lifts .. and now wonder if I should change the other lifts to match the lift that I did to go with the main entrances in the image below.

Very slow working on new car parks with shops as health still now good (not much sleep).

I want to move the walls over to allow for a pathway, awnings and trees and could be something like this.

It based on a shopping center in Liverpool Sydney. Those who have access to Google Earth can see it in real. Not sure yet how much of it I intend to make as it huge in size. Shall see what happens. I like some parts of it where it goes over the streets. Also looking at the ones at Parramatta and Hurstville.

Health improving some, but will still take probably rest of the week to get back to normal. Hope get these finished before end of year, but no guarantee.

This where I up to with the Liverpool Car Parks.

Still to do:
* The south-east side with the shop fronts still have a few more shop fronts to do.
* The loading bay south-west wall, need to make security gates for it.
* Also the loading bay make both non-overlap and a overlap section if you want to send some truck inside to unload.
* Northern walls
* entry/exit ramps.
* Road junctions for the roof top.
* Put some cars in the car parks (The black car is Romazoons .. hope to include it in future car parks I do).

Those interested in how I make things for game these days here a .psd file of the image above. All of the car park can be pulled to pieces.
