Enable the cargo distribution options in settings. Just set the orders for each station to stop at and the game will figure out how much to unload or transfer.

note that cargodist will not spread the cargo evenly, but distance has some influence.

If you don't want to enable the cargodist settings, another way to achieve what you're asking about is to build a transfer station - place it away from the industries that the cargo is for, set all trains bring the cargo in to 'Transfer' at that station, and run short 'feeder' trains from the transfer station to the destination industries.
