These are Japan track set. I'm not very active lately, so I'm not sure are those available publicly! It this game they were in testing!

Could you give a list of NewGRFs/patches that you use (or a savegame or printscreen of NewGRF list)? I like building realistically too but my current NewGRF pack is just bad compared to this haha.

Well I don't know everything well enough and I really don't know what he's using.
I don't know all the NewGRFs when I see them (or hear about them even).
That's why I would really appreciate a list of some sorts.
For example the station with the parking lot over it looks so badass, I really want to know what it is.

That would be Gare Central, from the Canadian Stations NewGRF.

Other NewGRFs, from what I can tell:
Buildings - Canadian Cities, Total Town Renewal Set
Roads - American Road Renewal Set
Bridges - Total Bridge Renewal Set for ARRS
Tunnels - BKTunnels
Industry - ECS Vectors
Other sets: Modular Locomotive Sheds (white buildings), DWE Station Tiles
