[Baldy's Boss]

Something of a philosophical issue...
The OpenTTD Wiki says that "you" are/assume the role of the manager of your company.I have never identified myself with the onscreen "manager",I regard that person as my employee,my straw boss,my game-piece,my man-of-business.(My first ever Manager was "Baldy Specs",and I am his boss).

What do others think of the relationship between them as players and their company's manager-face?

Recently I've been naming them after RL transport managers. Funny how many of them had to retire after some scandal ...
