What about add some overlapping platforms?
I use Dutch Station Additions Set to create an advanced stations like a real Poznań Główny with front platforms for only one direction, and overlapping platform are best sollution to mask this break into two platforms. Sadly, Dutch stations are not in red colors like HSS modern platform or polish-like PKP PLK red&blue style, so result is not satisfactory for me.

I dont think I will make 4 track wide roofs. You can already use 2 wide ones.
