I was thinking about this just today, actually..

I think a British Tram set would work amazingly well.

Manchester Metro? Midland Metro? Other tram installations?

Obviously Blackpool would be the centrepiece, since that's where the most of the trams in Britain operate. Still.. Just speculating.

OK, Keeping in with the theme of possibly making this a British set, not just Blackpooll. I have dug out some sites, and come up with..

MANCHESTER TRAMS.

Unfortunatly these are the only tram pics i get for Manchester, it looks like the use only one set of trams.

Yeah. Almost all UK tram systems or LRTSs (Light Rapid Transit Systems) have only one or two types of tram. Croydon has one. Manchester one type, Midland Metro has one. Nottingham and Sheffield do as well I think.

Not really. If as Dave suggested you have the Blackpool trams as the main centrepiece and the other trams from UK systems as extras it will give people a good progression because I doubt many game players will want to run the trams like Blackpool do (ie keep them for 60 odd years). They will want to upgrade to new ones like those used on the Manchester Metrolink and Sheffield Supertram.

Nice it is.
Actually, I made a half-baked attempt to draw one of these ages ago, but I found it all but impossible to fit the three coloured lines and then the headlights all in to an RV-sized box. :(

Well I would be, but I'm not as good as jonty-comp at drawing... So if he can't, I can't.

I'll be willing to do a bit of research into things tho.

Then you'll want a tracking table.

You might even want a little site.

Try to attract the artistés.

I think it's gotta be (definitely included)

Blackpool stock, Manchester, Sheffield, West Midlands stock.

Where else are the trams?
