same ere, but I keep having problems with the colours, I've even tryed the model with just one colour (no shading) on each bit, it looks abit better, except now they are flying multi-coloured flashing airships.

I've also been looking for 3Ds Max to use, hopefully that might solve the problem, otherwise I might need help from someone how can make objects for Loco.

One thing I have noticed is that after converting to PNGs the palettes get changed, so that also might be the problem.
