Whats a good list of Grfs to use?

Discuss, get help with, or post new graphics for TTDPatch and OpenTTD, using the NewGRF system, here. Graphics for plain TTD also acceptable here.

Or aren't those released yet?

Yes. First, take a look if a similar project is already in development (for example an Australian Trainset). If not, create a tracking table with things to include, take a look at my drawing tutorials and try to draw something, then try to see if you can figure out how to code. Most of the links you need are in my signature.

Back on topic. What you can also do is download one of the openttdcoop public savegames (using a recent version of their grf poack), load the game, save those grf settings, and start a new game with those settings.

Since I saw that Ausland Set (Australian Landscape set) yesterday in the forums I am trying to find it everywhere. Apparently its already existing since 2007. How come its not realised yet then?

(Yeah gonna be my first post, but been a silent addicter to Openttd since I found it a couple of months back. Been playing TT since I was eleven, and I am thirteen now ;-).)

I went looking for it a while ago and could only find a preview or two, but no grf. I did post a topic asking about it, which got a lot of views but no replies.
I think it was released to testers, but no one else.
