I mean like...

1.2.1 Alpha (Tested by maker)
1.2.1 Beta (Tested by anyone)
1.2.1 Gamma (Final of 1.2.1)

1.2.2 Alpha (Tested by maker)
1.2.2 Beta (Tested by anyone)
1.2.2 Gamma (Final of 1.2.2)

1.2.3 Alpha (Tested by maker)
1.2.3 Beta (Tested by anyone)
1.2.3 Gamma (Final of 1.2.3)

Like that.
Thanks,
Adam Reece.

time will tell

also patch 11 is up and i will try it now

In 1.8.2 alpha 11 (September 18, 2002):
new switch: "gradualloading on" or "-Xg", load vehicles gradually, this will be useful with the new ships showing loading states
fixed some bugs in the new patching functions

it works great :))
now you see the (un)loading taking place
f.e. you have a train with 10 coal trucks
everyone off them is gradually being loaded/unloaded
even the weight of the train changes with it

and that damned red box is now in the upper corner 8) 8) 8) 8)
Well, back to work, lot's of it in the near future

So the loading-bit is working now? I heard it was a bit buggy yet.

For the alpha, beta-part. I never heard gamma, at least in the latest dekade. One usually uses "final" or "release" or nothing at all at non-alpha/beta versions.

well , less buggy, i sent an e-mail to Josef

i found something odd and it´s possibly a bug
i have 2 planes and 2 airfields
when they load they take all the mail but always 300 passengers and when they unload i get the profit for this, i think, but my passengers don´t become minus 300
so the airfield stays at +/- 1000 passengers
i included 2 jpegs

Josef has only 1 link to a version and never to all the different versions
one should always save the downloaded files for oneself :D

I have allways suspected that Combat does not read posts.

In the first post of this thread, it says:

Capish?

I still use alpha 8 I think. I have lost count of which patches I have downloaded, and which I have not.

increased TTDPatch memory size to 8MB to load all new ship sprites
fixed crash when clicking on a new ship in the docks to sell it
Marcin: fixed unicode and charset handling for Windows

ship name changes didn´t take effect, now they do
