Sorry for the diferent language

LOL Isn't that a bit unreallistic? Considering Torres Novas in real life hardly has a population of 8000 LOL

I've seen lot more, keep playing a few years LOL

wow Bruno, that one huge city.. did u start sending passengers from the very start?
Also, the reason for me not getting the big'a'city is that soon my cargo train lines will be needing to move passengers, and i dont like it very much when that happens, so i start a new game
But still, that one nice city

Hey all

Using mpettitt's scenario, Alpinismo Transport have setup their first route; from Wunningstone to Larburg.

Here is the first train being hauled by a brand new BR101

My first game in the derania map.

In view a farm gathering station, workload around 30 trains.

Yearly profit of 4.000.000 euros, not bad for a game merely in 1952.

A gap between tracks is better than you think.

Post by MHTransport »

I have taken to leaving a gap between my double tracks and it allows for more flexible tracks and less need for loops.

Not many trains?

Post by MHTransport »

[quote="Arsenal"]MHTransport - You seem to have an awful lot of track for so few trains?[/quote

True. I am not running that many trains in this game. I was mainly experimenting with a new track layout for me and passthrough stations and their effects on troughput.

I have also been focussing on how to profitablly grow a city.

And I set the number of industries to low.

But by using the trunk I was able to add this station and send the train to Lower Saninghall, 1/2 the map away, with not a single concern for capacity.

You know what would be great guys? If you could limit the screenshot size to 800x600. Just cut out the uninteresting parts. This way the images get inlined in the thread and the users don't have to click on each file to look at them. Just make sure the format is PNG (as most of you already do so).
