In no particular order, and off the top of my head:
WinRAR
WinZIP
WinACE
7-Zip
PowerArchiver
Windows XP
tar
gzip
bzip2
rzip
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.
Projects: NFORenum (download) | PlaneSet (Website) | grfcodec (download) | grfdebug.log parser

windows ME has a ZIP extractor too, dunno about windows 2000 though, don't think it does....
JPG SUX!!! USE PNG!!!
There are times when JPG is useful, TTD screenshots is not one of them. Please use PNG instead.

Hello all!

I've been watching openttd for a few months and now I have decided to contribute something. Trying to build stuff out of lego blocks seemed the easiest way to do it as my c skills aren't so great. :)

So...here goes...somekind of a house (might be too small)

I used to make lego models with LDraw:
From the LDraw website. wrote:In a nutshell, LDraw is a free "CAD"-like set of programs that allows a user to create virtual LEGO® like models on your computer. You can use it to document models you have physically built, create building instructions just like LEGO, render 3D photo realistic images of your virtal models and even make animations. The possiblities are endless. Unlike real LEGO bricks were you are limited by the number of parts and colors, in LDraw nothing is impossible. You have an unlimited supply of virtual bricks in every possible color. Even colors that LEGO has never created!
I made this car once.
