Well our SROTU has returned, and he asked me on IRC to let you know :
Code: Select all
16:02> <orudge> Oh, could someone (eg, you, RobC), post in the "Where's Owen?" thread
that I'm back, but I may not be logging in for a short while yet as my Internet
connection is very bad and it'd take ages to load a page, and with three weeks
worth of stuff to read through, it'd be fairly annoying. Someone is meant to be
fixing the phone line soon so I'll be back soon, and I am keeping an eye on the
forum where I can!

Well, it is the off topic section. Lillestrøm? E.
Sandnes is six times larger.. We have the newest and best cinema in Norway, hundreds of shopping centres, including Scandinavias largest. Norways largest indoor bathing facility, Norways longest pedestrian shopping street. Norways largest arboretum. ISP offering fibre-optics, beautiful guest bay, excellent public transport, multiple plans to move the industrial bay and build apartments, houses, beaches, an artificial island, and schools, etc near the fjord. It's the fastest growing city in Norway, always expanding with thousands of new homes in every direction. And, oh, it's been awarded the best city to live in in Norway the last two years.

It doesn't matter.. I prefer Lillestrøm
Maybe I can visit Sandnes again some time, last time I was there it weren't really a big city..
But actually, when the cinema here is ready, we will get the best cinema in Norway, and it will show many of the films there first..
And I also like the public transport here, but that must be because I'm used to it
It's a shame I'm going to move out of Lillestrøm though..
But I'm just wondering, how big is the population in Sandnes? It is well over 50.000 here.. That must mean that Sandnes has a population of
300.000, and is Norway's second largest town

I don't have a Scottish accent, but I was originally from Scotland - my parents weren't, though. I've lived in Scotland all my life apart from a few years in 1990-1992 or so, when we lived in North Wales, and then Lancaster.dominionspy wrote:But he doesn't - he's not originally from Scotland.
Anyway, I'm back, by the way! The King has Returned, the Supreme Ruler is Ruling once again, etc. Expect to see a load of old topics dug up as I reply to things I should reply to.
