The white lines are correct. And the underlying image does look parallel-projected, but the tile borders are slightly off. They must also alternate two over and one up. (Or, if you rendered it at a higher zoom than you intend for it to be used, they must alternate (2*k) over and (k) up, where k is a constant positive integer.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

I know now why is different to yours.
XSI renders with Anti-Aliasing standard like.
I cant find the Option to disable this Feature off at the moment.
I hope i can find it, when not (XSI has Millions of Options -.-)
