No, not a joke @ all... these are all traditional southern dishes... boiled peanuts , meat skins and pickled eggs are snack items... and brains&eggs really is on the menu at the Ritz

Well u r right. These contains lots of fat, but you should'nt eat it every day

Usually I eat normally finnish home made food. It's rich by everyting you need, but almost every other day I used to eat some of these in some restaurant. It's just because I love good tasting food
