Can this work on Mac OSX?

I've been trying to get this to work on Mac OS X all weekend and compiling a working 3345IN has been the failing point for this project. Has anyone tried working this out on a Mac, either the USSet or the Integrated Nightly? Thanks!

The current integrated nightly does not work on OS X because of problems with the airport queueing patch.
