I think I know almost all cartoons ever appeared on TV.

My favourites are Captain Future, Gargoyles and Bob Morane. Do you know
them, too?

BTW, South Park is bulls***. Don't know why it is so hip.

Captain Future. The pictures I've just seen on a website look very familiar.
Maybe I used to watch them a very long time ago.
The other two, I don't think I've ever seen. How long ago where they on?

Wayhey! Someone who actually agrees with me. I really hate South Park.
Apalling animation, and swearing nearly every sentence does not make a good

Whoah! I have nothing against cartoons. Trust me on this.

I love Dexter's Lab, the WB classics, anime, Pokemon, and loads others.
Thing is, this thing of Eddie's is just people in suits, like
Teletubbies!
I haven't watched the Teletubbies in long time. It's nowhere near as good as
the Tweenies any more.
Hmm...I didn't like any of the rip offs made by ITV, especially the bears
one. And some other things in suits are pretty scary as well. I think it's
only the Tweenies at the moment which I like, which has people inside a
suit. Animatronic puppet is a better definition.
Btw, I would lay off the Freakazoid if I were you. It'll make you mad.
;-)
Too late!!! For me anyway. Obviously too much Freakazoid has got me watching
all these kids programmes.

One of the great features of Usenet is that you can judge people purely
by their posts, and not by their age or appearance. I have said before
that the general level of posting in this newsgroup is very high. That's
one reason why I stay here (as well as liking TT!).
Hmm...Yes but you can tell the people that are young at heart!!
(Or at least the one that arn't afraid to act like a child..!)
Society in general is slowly getting rid of racism and sexism. Will
ageism be next? I hope so. I don't always want to act my age.
I don't think I ever have......Proud of it too....
Ageism is one of the worst predjudis' I have come across......The worst one
was when I went to see 'The Lion King' At the cinema...I got such a funny
look from the girl in the kiosk, and she actually queried it by asking me if
I was sure that was what I wanted to watch as it was a kids film and I
wasn't one.....

Luckily I worked for the cinema chain at the time and i knew the manager
well......I never saw her again....B-)
Next Sunday I'm going to a Pantomime (a comic play with audience
participation). I want to be able to shout "Oh yes he is!" without
embarrassment!

I watched it about 17 years ago, hehe. It is repeated every 3 years or so
but I never could catch it.
It is old but one of the very best science fiction cartoon series I ever
saw.

The recent cartoon series have all the same story: there is somebody evil
(ugly, in most cases handicapped or cyborg) and the heroes defeat him in
battle. Again and again. Aaargh, this is so boring.
The other two, I don't think I've ever seen. How long ago where they on?
Hm, don't know when I saw them first (repetition, repetition...) but it
cannot be more than 3 years.
Gargoyles is a fantasy story of winged creatures looking like demons which
are stone statues at night and alive by night. A millionaire buys an old
scottish castle and brings them to New York. Very interesting story, I can't
tell it in detail.

Bob Morane is a member of the British secret service. His adventures are a
mixture of James Bond and Indiana Jones.
BTW, South Park is bulls***. Don't know why it is so hip

What was it about them that you hated? The voices? The songs? The puppets
