Yes it is. ICE 1 (BR 401) has 2 powered Cars, one on each end. Speed is 280 km/h

ICE 2 (BR402) has as described above 1 powered car (BR 402) and one steering car (BR802) at its ends. max. Speed is 280 km/h

ICE 3 (BR403) has multiple powered Cars spread over the whole train it isn't tilting. Max Speed 330 km/h

ICE T (BR 411 has 7 Coaches, 415 has 15 Coaches) same as BR403, but is Titing and maximum speed is 230 km/h

ICE TD (BR605) is the diesel variant of BR411. Max. Speed: 200km/h All 3 (411, 415 and 605) have a max. tiltingangle of 8°.

If any furthure infos are needed please ask.

Note though, that my main focus still is and will be the Dutch Train set.
The NS has some ICE trains of itself. Note the NS-logo:

Hmmmmm.... is this like a joint venture between the NS and the DB? They also share a common name for their freight subsidiaries (railion).

I think you can best compare it with the Thalys, the high speed train from Amsterdam to Paris. Only the ICE runs from Amsterdam to... Frankfurt??? Hehe... Germany for sure :P
BTW, sometimes it is not the NS-ICE, but serveral times I saw ICE's from the DB as well. I presume they operate on this line together.

Just a question:
What gives it to you if you know the ETA?

Exactly: Nothing.

Just wait for it and be patient. Oppie already stated that the ICE is just a secondary project of him.

Thank you very much! The ICE-1 was the sole train I've been missing the most from Locomotion! Now I got it and it looks great! :) If you find some time any time, the ICE-3 is a fine train as well but no worries, this is great as it is! Thanks!!! ;)

I still have lots of fun playing Civ2.
Sometimes I think, they don't make that much games anymore that gives you so much fun so long...

The ICE-3 is NOT tilting. There is an ICE-T which tilts.

This is an ICE-T (tilting). It has a shorter driving cab than the ICE-3.
Thanks to the cheaters, Multiplayer in ottd sucks.
