wow i am impressed ;)

i've got a question ... we have tons of diesel locos .... arn't ther any electrified locos used to haul goods in the united states ?

only in plastikmans amtrak pack are some , but they can't used to transport some goods ( his and maybe your boxcars can go somewhat arount 85 mph i think ) ...

I have made 4, E33 Box Motor, EP2 bi-Polar, E44, Little Joe and could do some more GG1's. I dont think they have built a new electric freight engine for a while and dont plan too as the source of the freight is too far away from electrication and it is too much of a hassle to swap locomotives over ounce they arrive at an electricfied part.

With version 2.00, the only thing missing to make it complete is a couple of 36 Ft Truss Rod Boxcars. I have them done, i just havent asked for permission for release yet.
I am open to any Requests you have becuase i put in the pack what i thought was needed, now what do you think is needed.

have you made the modern version of the "big boy"; I don't know too much about it, but is an 8*8 diesel loco, that now runs on the old line where the "big boy" once did (I think)

One thing that would be nice to see would be some of the Metro North EMUs.
Some flat cars, with various loads: construction equipment, heavy loads, military equipment, ...
Some maintenance vehicles. Not necessarily useful in the game, just a nice eye candy :))

A bit out of the scope here, but ... now that there are container and intermodal cars, wouldn't it be great to see some new trucks which, when empty, run without trailer, and full, are pulling a container / trailer ?
That would enable some nice intermodal scenarios.
Regards,

Frank

I tag my trains with USA and the .dats always start with X. So there shouldnt be a conflict.
