How I have understood from your long letter - you me abuse?!

On a map of London is not used of any your graphic image, I have disconnected your graphic images at your request, the lack should be replaced by the images of other authors.

To all authors listed in the list on a map of London, I sent the letters, even till two times.

Your failure(refusal) is clear to me - your images I shall not use!

In a set the image of the cursor and change of scale of the image is added by pressing buttons of the menu.

If there are offers - as it is possible to add or to change effects of the main menu, write here.

If who knows good collections of photos of a nature for an easy approach - write in the personal messages.

Question.... when can we find the new graphics for the OPEN TTD ... ? i really like the idea....it's way cool..... the planes....the cars...everything.....but when and where can we download them from ??
....all the photos...are nice... but i want the real deal...

graphics as displayed by sergej are in no way final. If you want to play around with them, that's fine, you will need the 32-bit branch and the tar files from sergej_s and fiddle with your openttd.cfg. But be aware that this does not represents the final in any way

@Sergej_S: The tower buildings are too small, is it possible to make them 2x2 tiles instead of 1x1?

On today only two men obviously have informed(notified) me on unwillingness
of my experiments above the images, these images were excluded by me!

I show on screens of a building according to the sanction of the authors and urban landscape.

I bring also copy of the screen of my working catalogue OpenTTD 32bpp.

Under UK law silence is not acceptance. I've just done a module on business law at university and under contract law: offer and acceptance, silence can be held to be acceptance under certain situations; however, none of these situations exist.

Where laws differ I suggest we stick to what the forum believe to be the best course of action. I know I wouldn't want my unfinished work published just because I didn't reply to someone asking if they could use it or not within a given time-scale (assuming you gave one).

P.S. And stop feeding him with new pictures... it seems that he's a way too much pleased when he shows 'real copy of screens' w/o any distribution of shown graphics in ttd-compatible format.

i have a question ... how do i install them ??? the unpack like ..."name.grf" ... how do i use them.....i need a program or something ??? i copy paste them but they didin't repalce anything

Is it so difficult?
Suppose you placed 3 new files in the "Data" folder, then just edit your configuration file and add them this way:

Code: Select all

[newgrf]
farm9.tar
toolbar.tar
MainMenu32bpp.tar

(For more details of flexibility check Quark's sample configuration file for his release of 32bpp with passengers destinations and other patches.
You do not need ANY OTHER program to use TARs. Just 32bpp branch of OpenTTD. (And a simple editor to edit the cfg file.)

I decided to leave him do whatever he likes with my pictures, even though not many around, and I hope others will get the point why and do the same. He is not harming anyone, not accussing anyone and he is happy. Let him be happy, don't be cruel with other people.

Some may feel that he is harming their reputation, and/or the reputation of the 32bpp branch, by releasing incomplete graphics and/or graphics that were not meant to be used in that state. (eg meant to be used on 128x63 tiles, not 64x31)

I totally agree with that, but have 1-2 small corrections in mind... i admired use of that graphics on russian forums for 6-12 months (where he was feeding us with beatiful pictures, lots of ppl asked him to send them that graphics, no action was taken from his side). Seems that he's slowly changing his mind... so it's your (tt-f.net community) business anyway

i won't object to any decision.

I personnaly think you should change your homesite. I can't see your website and download your files. It would be better for us you use a us or european server. There are plenty of free homepage servers on the web.

Yes, that's the common way of registering both old 8-bit and new 32-bit graphics.

it´s tells me i have a error ..

like can´t find "exaplme.tar" and when i change the name to or extract the tar file inside is a grf file...when i put in the file "example.grf" it has the same problem .....

Hmm, are you using the 32bpp of ottd version? Or just a nightly/0.5-rcX? It'll only work with the 32bpp version!
