Dont think Saddam will do That. He said that he would use it on his own country as a desparate messure. Saddam isnt really a extremist not in the muslim context anyway. if he has weapons of mass destruction he could use em to bomb those US soldiers in koewit.

When Saddam sais anything good about muslims it is to get sympathy in the rest of the Arab world. Same with supporting the Palestinians, that mofo just wabt to stay in power that's all.
