You mean for making mods? I think you need a program that can render 3D models in 256 Colors (aka 8 bit)stuntkillas wrote:uh,can u give me the required tools for loco? thx![]()
No, theres some anti aliasing in loco models and its hard to get that done properly in paint, besides, you have to include every little fraction of a turn in 360, in flat, up and down. So I doubt anyone can do models in paint. I think you can use Blender or 3D Studio, not sure about others like MiyaHammo wrote:only if you make/obtain a 3D model. There's no reason you couldn't make all the sprites from scratch in paint, but that would be very slow and very annoying. And very confusing. And would probably look very wrong.
Not the clearest question. Tools to do what exactly?stuntkillas wrote:uh,can u give me the required tools for loco? thx![]()
Uhh I meant the modding tools and how to make the spritesBadger wrote:Not the clearest question. Tools to do what exactly?stuntkillas wrote:uh,can u give me the required tools for loco? thx![]()
there are 135 sprites to make. you can do it in paint. but you wouldn't. Personally, I use pro/e and apply textures to the 3D faces before extracting the sprites. Only because I'm not artistically inclined at all.NekoMaster wrote:No, theres some anti aliasing in loco models and its hard to get that done properly in paint, besides, you have to include every little fraction of a turn in 360, in flat, up and down.
