A quick update:

I won't be able to release the hopper car. I contacted Wayne, and he gave me the email address of the person who created it, but warned me that Brian (the person who created it) hadn't emailed him in years. When I tried the address Wayne gave me, it didn't work. Therefore, I have no way of contacting him.

On the brighter side, I do have three boxcars and a caboose. I just need to fix the stats of the equipment and it should be ready to go!

It works well with the Ohio scenario.

See the first post for what has been added.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to improve this pack.

Thanks.

Welcome to the forums mate. Before you get too far mate, check out THIS! A quick note by the glorious Andel on bumping old topics without a valid point or input. You'll find pretty much everything you want here (in regards to loco) and a hoard of blokes (and a few ladies) who are more than willing to help you if you need it.

Uh, these aren't subway cars. They're interurbans, which go from one town to another as opposed to staying in one city.

Has anyone actually attempted to build a tube network in Loco. Would be insanely expensive but just think of all that space free from town interference.

I've dabbled in undergrounds occasionally, usually after already building up a sizeable above-ground transport network. However, it's so bloody annoying, it's almost impossible to change it later on as trying to right-click on a piece of track invariably destroys what was above that first, so your rating with the town in question will drop like a stone. I really can't recommend it. Best you could do is build stations close to the core of smaller towns and villages early on, so they'll be right in the middle when they start growing, but an underground network is just more trouble than it's worth.
