Just stick a pantograph on the top of the powerpack and ready.

Nice DMU's, you can even see the portrait of the celeb on the Veolia one.

Yes, photoshopped Capital Metro GTW probably. I'll update the livery once the real one is out - 2011? :)

One more thing, I'm getting a bit annoyed by people telling me my vehicles are too big, so I made measurements.

I compared the width of the standard track in Locomotion with my Capital Metro GTW. Seems actually the vehicle should be even bigger in relation to the track. If 8 pixels is 1435mm, then the GTW with its 3000mm should be roughly twice the size - 16 pixels. It is 14 pixels wide right now.

The game default TGV is also 14 pixels wide and according to Wikipedia 2900mm wide in real.

Thoughts welcome...

Not twice the current size, twice the track width. Meaning 2 pixels wider than it is.

Right now, the GTW (3000mm) is the same width as the TGV from the game (2900mm) - 14 pixels.

Or are the trains squashed vertically as well, not just lengthwise? I don't suppose though as mine are usually touching the wires.

To be honest, even if they are a little out of proportion, it's not like you are going to have trouble squeezing them into a 16 length platform. and the bigger they are the more detail, and the prettier they look.

@tracer: must you spam up every topic?
