Hi!
As trainset developer I have question about 'Oil seed' (OLSD) cargo in ECS. The cargo class CC_BULK | CC_COVERED suggests that 'Oil seed' in ECS is something like the grain or wheat, not the liquid oil extracted from seeds. Am I right?
My question comes from polish translation for ECS, where "Olej roślinny" means the liquid oil.

You are right, oil seeds (PL: nasiona oleiste) means for example rapeseeds - it should be transported as a ordinary grain.
By the way - where to find appearance date of certain industries (if any)?

We have created a project for the case you or somebody else would like to do the graphics creation.viktoria.s wrote:Hi,
thanks everybody for your help. But for me this 32bpp graphics development looks way more complicated then I thought. I would like to appologize to you George but in this circumstances I think I'd better not to do this. Sorry one more time and I wish the project lots of success.
https://dev.openttdcoop.org/projects/sprite-tests
The steps for any contributor would be the following:
0) get write access to the repo (ask planetmaker), contact me to be added as contributor
1) provide the first version of the png files 8bpp(in the Win TTD palette)/32 bpp into the src\gfx folder
2) write me a task to code it
3) improve graphics and get the compiled grf from devzone

I dropped some Finnish translation lines in the tt-wiki. I'll work on it some more later, but I was wondering if the code is correct or if I misunderstood how it's edited.

Good to hear, I'll continue translating then!

Added translations for Town vector, Basic vector's cargos and industries, and Chemical vector's cargos.

Sorry for triple post, but I've finished translating all the vectors and parameters the wiki has. If you need anymore translations, send me a PM or post here.

Hi George
Do you remember this post?
You provided a link to a fix here.
Today I downloaded those files again for a test that I am running in TTDP for Windows.
The same problem has returned.
The files I downloaded today are no longer dated 2011.
They are now 2012.
Do you still have the files that were fixed?

Yes soon. I could not wait. I just fixed it myself. I am testing them now. No errors when they load. I'll let you know when the testing is done in a day or two.George wrote:Not soon

It looks like some languages the ECS vectors are already translated in don't show up in the web translator?

Those which do not show up are not committed to the repository (yet?). Web translator can only know what is know in the source of the repository it is linked to. I bet George is simply busy reformatting those to the required language file format.Snail wrote:It looks like some languages the ECS vectors are already translated in don't show up in the web translator?

These languages can be added by translators, for example you can create a it_IT one.Snail wrote:It looks like some languages the ECS vectors are already translated in don't show up in the web translator?
In case you want to provide translation for some other language - let me know, I'll add you as translator for that language.
Re: ECS vectors v1.1.2 (by George) 19/06/2011
I would like to add it, but not from scratch.. We could start from the existing translation, and just complete and improve that one. Perhaps you just need to format it so that it can be included in the web translator.
There was also a French translation i contributed to.
