starting date 'crash'
Hello people!
whenever I decrease my starting date to below 1920, the game sends me back to the main menu.
But before it does that i can see that it draws the streets of cities, but the amount of people in the cities stays at 0, and it has no houses. So maybe my openttd doesn't develop cities until after 1920?
does anyone has this problem too?
my version is r22355.

Re: starting date 'crash'
Do you use any town NewGRF which disables early houses? Do you have the same issue with a more recent nightly?

I attached a list of my grfs, do you know which one might be conflicting?
edit:
at least i thought you were right, but i'm now in the proces of disabling my towngrfs but, it still crashes. (but when i load nothing at all, it works fine).

Re: starting date 'crash'
You might want to consider a different approach to NewGRFs usage:
instead of 'I only want to NOT use X and Y' you migth consider the approach of 'I choose to only use V and W'.
That's so many NewGRFs of all types with so many working on the same pieces... pin-pointing any problem to a specific newgrf simply from that list is near to impossible.

Re: starting date 'crash'
... the given problem isn't even the newgrf, but your old trunk revision with a known bug. (fixed in r22389)
