UK Road Vehicle Set [Version 1 of Tram Set released]
Moderator: Graphics Moderators
Triple post because I'm worth it.
The Centenary tram has now made it into the game, I noticed a horrible drawing error which means that the bogies although that is not noticable in this shot. They still require a little more work but they're getting there
The other shot is just a general shot of the Metrolink and Supertram with a Leyland Titan bus from HOVS and the default Craighead Goods Truck.

Hey, not bad apart from the glaring issue of sprite lengths. Also, I am keen to keep all drawing for this set in house (in face I've already drawn the CR4000 it just needs some finishing touches).karlneil wrote:I woud like to contribute my Bombardier CR4000 ´Flexity Swift´. Please comment for bugs.
Gavin is attempting to keep all the graphics his own to maintain a style - as you have started your own thread, I guess you've realised he probably won't include your effort, but by all means go ahead and start your own set - your graphics show an awful lot of potential!

Re:
Well as it happens, it's the / and \ views that are causing the most "problems". They are about 3 times longer than they should be and as a result look very odd.karlneil wrote:well i fixed the dimensions (see my previous post) , will it be included?
Re: UK Tram Set [In Development]
To prove that this set is still alive and that I am working (honest, I am every now and then) I've got an almost complete CR4000 tram from the Croydon Tramlink here to show you. Hopefully this will be coded soon and the set will be nearly ready, how exciting is that?
You don't have to answer that by the way

Re: UK Tram Set [In Development]
I think that's the least appetising of those I've seen so far. I dunno what it is, but something seems off. I know it IS boxy, but it looks overly so, Gavin.

Re: UK Tram Set [In Development]
Well from a drawing point of view some actual criticism rather than just saying it doesn't look right isn't particularily helpfulDave Worley wrote:I think that's the least appetising of those I've seen so far.
