Post number one million, of a sort
Congratulations to Eddi, who has had the post with ID 1,000,000. Note that this isn't actually the 1,000,000th post, however, as the post IDs are somewhat out of sync with the number of posts on the forums - we still have 12,260 posts to go before we have a total of a million posts on the forums. But it's still a milestone of sorts, I guess.

Re: Post number one million, of a sort
Will TT- forums be awarding Eddi his massive yacht any time soon?

Re: Post number one million, of a sort
No. He must have closed the 19 pop-ups.

Re: Post number one million, of a sort
Could that indicate that 12,260 posts has been deleted or merged over the years, or something like that? Seems a high number though, considering that you don't delete, just move.
And. Huzzah!

Alcohol is not the answer, it just makes you forget the question.

Re: Post number one million, of a sort
No, it's probably in part due to the original forum merges and the AGMTT import, where post IDs were perhaps missed out. As you say, we generally don't delete posts, they get moved to the spam bin. (For what it's worth, there are 13,059 posts in the spam bin right now!)
Re: Post number one million, of a sort
That's actually quite a good ratio of spam to actual sensible forum discussion. Massive Yacht.

Re: Post number one million, of a sort
I'd say banned for making many useless posts in order to make sure to have post 1M

Yeah course I do. Will it be a Prize, lol?Hyronymus wrote:You really want to know?A321Pilot wrote:What happens to the person who gets the 1,000,000 th post?
@FooBar: That would just be cruel on the Person who makes it.

Well then get rid of it. It shouldn't count as the Millionth as it technically isn't a normal Human.orudge wrote:And what if it's a spammer?
@LC: Could be, that would be quite fitting, I imagine he made the first as well.
Re: Post number one million, of a sort
IIRC, he didn't, as the merged forum (omnislash?) was older than his

It appears that the smallest post # is post 3.

Re: Post number one million, of a sort
No, mine was oldest. However, post ID 1 (as it was) belonged to Omnislash's forum, as we took his as the base and merged mine in afterwards, despite mine being older.Lord Aro wrote:IIRC, he didn't, as the merged forum (omnislash?) was older than his
Most of the AGMTT posts are even older, though...
Re: Post number one million, of a sort
According to the forum statistics, the number of posts have surpassed one million.
Congratulations again.
