No Vehicles Available

Hello.


I recently downloaded a Scenario and tried to play it only to find that I can't buy ANY vehicle. In any other map I can buy all vehicles though.

I ask, is there any way how to fix this? This is the only good representation map of Latvia and I'd love to play it.

All NewGRFs disabled.

That scenario is simply broken. The NewGRF config has been changed in-game multiple times. The multiple warnings about possible breaking the savegame have been ignored and now the result is a broken scenario.

Did you get that scenario from the content download?
Because in that case is probably should be removed from there as well...

The correct way to fix this (and other broken scenarios) is by loading it in the Scenario editor, saving the heightmap, set the NewGRFs you want in the main menu, load the heightmap in the Scenario editor and manually place the towns+roads back. It is some work, but it is the only way to get it working correctly again.
Now the incorrect way: break it even further by loading some vehicle sets in it. It is broken already, so why not break it even further?
