With Zimlock's Permission I release to you one of his best maps ever
He couldn't release it in its intended version because of various bugs, But I have worked through them and the map now works with the auto mod.
The Scenario:
A large Square ocean with one central peninsula with difficult industry placement
The challenge is to deliver 100,000 automobiles
It requires the DK Union pacific and Burlington Northern Sets as well as the provo map pack, the US set, the enhanced paper cycle, and the auto mod of course.
the full list of mod files required is

Looks like more its a "install almost everything from Plastikman" scenario.

whats wrong with his stuff?
As Plastikman wrote a new scenario, i made it to be able to have generouse yards and long trains with a tough challange, transport 500.000 cars.
Unfortunatly something is spooky with the scenario, i can play it as long as i do not MOD a thing, i have a saved game that is fully MOD and playable, but cant release that, to many beta stuff selected.
I ll have a look if i can get the scenario clean, if yes i ll release it.
Back to the game, it started at 1975, the year now is 2060 and i didnt transport one automobile, but i am close the autoplant is provided with parts and steel but i didnt build the loading bays, having trouble more down the line my attention needing.
Some screenies;
the intention of the creator was for it to use the auto mod
It 'needs' his stuff, also i couldnot get rid of the saltflat file so i threw the DK pack in there as well

actually, this map was going to be in my next US pack release as a scenario.. LoL..

unfortunately there was abug in it caused by long files names and beta equipment Zimmlock used when he made the map..

this map has an odd tendency to randomly eat trains if you use loco mod on it.

maybe it is doing better then the beta version. it would do wierd things like show wrong graphics for trains like "make coaches into locomotives" and some "locomotives into trees", buildings or just vanish from the game, yet the signals have them locked red from where they were when eaten with no way to remove them from the track (even removing the track and replacing it)...

we blamed space aliens..

the only time i seen loco mod replace an engine for an passenger/frieght car or something to that fact is when you unclick an certain engine or car from the list, that is currently available in the game. if you leave even one car/engine still running in a train the game. you start to see weird things happening with your trains, examples as you described above. when i replace cars/engines i make sure i have completely removed it from my trains before unclicking it in the mod.

The Dekosoft Burlington Northern set is still beta, you'll have to ask Plastikman about getting it.
Last mention of it was in this post: http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php? ... &start=211

However, the link is broken.

I started playin this scenario and it truly pops. I started out the same way how Zimmlock did by starting with the wheat farms to the grain silos.
BTW, I recomend it best to start with.
After, I began to spread out to the oil wells to the chem plant and the oil refinery on the other side of the map just to show how much i made so far. Then, I began to experiment wit other things.

The fun thing about the map is when you have a lot of money to start expanding you have to sit there and wonder what do i want to expand to or from.

Will post screens when I get bac 2 my other comp.

Hello rdrdrdrd,

I downloaded the map to play, but I knew I was missing some things. As I thought, it gave an error when I started it.
I know I don't have the enhanced paper cycle, but I guess I have everything else. Only problem is the link in the enhanced paper cycle topic seems te be so old, it doesn't work anymore. Is there some other place I can download this?

A general question to everybody who makes and posts scenarios, maybe it's a good idea to post links to the download topics of everything that is used in the scenario and isn't standard? I know most people here have (almost) everything, but there are also people who don't, and not everything is easy to find. offcourse this is just an idea.

Greetings
