I could add diagonal braces, like the original livestock wagon. Alternatively I could texture the roof (like the sides but less intense) - this would help differentiate it from both goods and empty food.

And a preview of road vehicle sprites, there are glitches for steel, paper and wood, and I think I'll convert the mail and buses to a blue roof. It is very quick to generate these from the wagons :)

*edit* And I like the new fences, ill have a play in-game...

Two suggestions:
The passenger coaches should have far bigger windows, it looks more like a prisoner transport :D
And somehow the oil and water coaches look ugly... Sorry to say that ;-)
I like the rest!

[e] ups, did not see the new page, i'm refering to the trains however...

Ill redraw the passenger, would anyone like to draw the oil/water ones?

*edit*
re: Soeb
Could you add fence posts to both ends of the fences, it looks a little odd in some situations. Ideally they could overlap with the neighbouring tile (particularly the \ and / track).

Fences look good now! It should be possible to let the 'corner posts' overlap, as I used something similar in my New Tram Tracks (see sig for example).

Train wagons are starting to look good too! Roofs and the 'inside' of wagons could use a bit of a texture, not too much though.

my god!!!
Too bad I can't draw myself atm... (Well I could but then I couldn't do other things ;) ).. I'll try to comment then and do 'other' things..
And for the record, the lack of my presence at this board currently is due to school...

And Zephyris/Soeb, you still have rights to edit two posts at first ;)

The extra posts need to be 1px further to overlap perfectly. But apart from that I am very happy to accept this into newInfrastructure. I look forward to the farm fences!

Alright then.
If the SH125 currently takes cargo: very nice!
If it doesn't take cargo: get rid of the window at the back of the engine; then: very nice!

:D

Do you plan to draw matching wagons for all engines you're drawing? Matching wagons are very good for multiple units, but I don't think we need them for 'regular' engines. But since the Lev4 and the SH125 are in fact MUs, good job!

I'll do it tomorrow. That's what I've got actually with farm fences.

[Fence]
The basics of the farm fence are good. I think the that the bright spots are too bright; you're not obliged to use every colour from a certain range . Also, add a bit of texturing to it.

Are you also going to do a hedge and a stone fence, or do you have something else in mind?

[SH125]
Well, in that case, leave the windows in!

I'm a huge fan of MUs (so I don't have to make stupid loop-arounds), so surprise me with you future designs!

[Road stations]
I replaced the benches of the bus stations, and I must say, they look a lot better already. The roof of the modern bus stop still looks a bit odd. I'll try and add some stripes to that (EDIT: skip that, since that doesn't make it better, so consider this final). The truck station and other bus station get my mark of approval now. Here's another something for you all to play with:

I'll add some texturing later. Maybe tomorrow.

@FooBar: Actually I'm thinking about it.

You should also check the angle of the hillside fences. It seems to me that they're higher at the front than at the back; like if they're clipped or something.

Looks good, apart from texture/brightness.

The only cargo the guards compartment should ever take is mail and my bicycle. It still has a window. The graphics are perfectly correct as they are. (Apart from the dirty smoke smudge that runs down the middle of the loco when seen end on!)

I think the passenger carriage in that wagon set would look better if the back wasnt flat, since in real life they have gangways for people to walk through and all. And perhaps a stripe down the side underneath the windows, just to break up the solid block of colour? Aaaaaaand, I think there's a slight error in the 2 middle windows in that / view, they look like they are slightly bent in the middle? Or is this just me?

Also, I think the fruit and copper wagons need differentiated a bit more perhaps? Unless they both look different to each other when they are filled with cargo.

Good work :D
