Hirotrams bug?

Post by Bilbo »

I have found the bug in hirotram_w_987.grf. The series 70 (3 parts articulated tram) is wrongly placed on track when going in one direction (as shown in attached picture), however in other directions the tram looks fine.

But now there is problem. I don't know whether it is bug in the grf file (probably it is, as other trams from same set looks fine) or in OpenTTD badly handling articulated trams in one direction (I saw the bug in 10532 ....)

I tried to find author or website with this GRF to either get newer version or report bug in it, but the GRF itself contain no such information. GRFcrawler have also not any info about this and when I tried google, I was not succesful either.

Any clue about Hirotrams author? The glitch looks kinda ugly ... especially when the train make turns to/from the buggy direction.

Stevenh is the author of hirotram.grf. His website can be found here: http://ttd.otenko.com/. Latest version of hirotram is available here: http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?p=491685#p491685 (if I'm not mistaken).
