excuse me,where is the city growing speed control?

i'd played open version for few days,city and enconmy are growing so fast,how to slow down them as old version?,there just one train or two airport connected two big city can make the cash lead computers so far..
where is the old enconmy style? (i love new play panel so much..)

Cities explode and expand mercilessly in OpenTTD. There isn't any means of control at the moment, except for bounding them with company land.

The town growth patch is about the city layout.

I rememeber I got so frustrated with the growth I set "Fund new buildings" to actually run the same routine as "Expand City" in designer. One or two of those and your city grew like crazy!
